Sheila Ballestros McLean, MBA
Ms. Ballestros McLean is the Chief Financial Officer of SeaPort Manatee, responsible for the strategic oversight and operational execution of all financial functions. She ensures fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and long-term financial sustainability while supporting the authority’s mission to advance maritime commerce, infrastructure development, and economic growth.

Senior Director of Business Administration & Finance
Denise Stufflebeam, CPE™
As the Senior Director of Business Administration and Finance, Ms. Stufflebeam manages the daily administration of the port’s accounting and finance functions. She also oversees the information technology department and its operations. She manages the operating, capital and grant project budgets and prepares the annual budget. She coordinates and writes the agendas for the monthly Port Authority meetings and oversees the port’s risk management.

As Senior Director of Public Safety & Security, Mr. St. Pierre is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the port’s security and emergency action plans and manages the daily activities of the SeaPort Manatee security department.
